A proud native of Placencia, Belize, Naomi is on a mission to enhance the real estate industry in Belize. With over 20 years of experience in finance, real estate, and insurance, she has consistently provided her clients with a uniquely professional experience. 

After managing satellite offices for Sotheby’s International Realty and later for International Property Group Belize, Naomi launched her own real estate business.

Naomi’s ties to the Placencia Peninsula run deep. Being in the real estate industry is not only about helping clients buy and sell properties; it’s also about building and developing her community.

Many clients have experienced well-known challenges in the current real estate environment, which have tainted the industry as a whole. Naomi and her team set themselves apart by providing a distinctly different client experience.

JASMIN
ANDERSON

Marketing

Director

Jasmine is Anderson International Realty's Marketing Director. She holds a postgraduate background in Business Management (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Arts in English. 

Jasmine is an experienced content consultant who has worked in the public and private sectors. Over the last few years, her work with the Belize Tourism Board (BTB) has help to bring local awareness to special community and cultural projects and initiatives within the tourism industry. Jasmine's weekly articles were published in local newspapers and developed as a blog on the BTB’s website.

 

Working as an aid to the Minister of Tourism, she shares a unique insight into what defines Belize’s tourism product, the objectives of the local tourism master plan, and Belize’s tourism environmental ethos.

LOCATION

Tucked between the Caribbean Sea and the rainforest on the eastern coast of Central America, Belize is home to a small and diverse nation of approximately 400,000 people. Formerly known as British Honduras, Belize was the United Kingdom's last colony on the American mainland and still maintains strong ties to Britain.

The Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System is just a swim away, running along the entire coastline of Belize. This coral reef is the largest in the Western Hemisphere and the second largest in the world, with 90% of it still unexplored. It has been designated a World Heritage Site since 1996.

Belize has a subtropical to tropical climate, with daily temperatures averaging around 79°F, reaching as high as 95°F in summer. The average winter low is 60°F, with temperatures dropping as low as 46°F in more inland areas.


CULTURE

Belize was voted the “8th Friendliest Country in the World”
by Condé Nast Traveler’s 2022 Readers’ Choice Awards. Belizeans are as diverse and interesting as our natural environment. Being just a 2-hour flight from the United States makes Belize the perfect place to vacation, work remotely, raise a family, or retire with increasing direct flights from other countries including Canada and Mexico, Panama, Guatemala, Salvador and Honduras.



Over 40% of Belize's population speaks English, Kriol or Spanish. Other languages spoken by Belizeans include Garifuna, Maya, and German. Many Belizeans are bi-lingual.


ECONOMY

Belize's economy is stable with positive growth trends
across all sectors.

The Statistical Institute of Belize (SIB) reveal that the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) experienced significant growth during the second quarter of 2024. The value of goods and services produced within Belize from April to June 2024 totalled $1.432 billion, marking a notable increase of 10.5 percent or $136.0 million compared to the same period in 2023.
